AMBSEP™ RD-DSR Capsules combine Rabeprazole Sodium and Domperidone to provide fast and long-lasting relief from acid-related disorders. This dual-action formulation effectively reduces gastric acid secretion while promoting gastric motility, offering comprehensive management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastritis, and other acid-peptic conditions.
The enteric-coated Rabeprazole ensures stability and optimal absorption, while the sustained-release Domperidone maintains continuous prokinetic activity throughout the day for improved symptom control and patient comfort.
Composition (Each Capsule Contains):
- Rabeprazole Sodium (Enteric Coated): 20 mg
- Domperidone (Sustained Release): 30 mg
Mechanism of Action
- Rabeprazole Sodium: A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that blocks the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme in the gastric parietal cells, thereby inhibiting the final step of acid production. This results in significant and sustained reduction of gastric acidity and promotes ulcer healing.
- Domperidone: A peripheral dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that enhances gastric motility, accelerates gastric emptying, and prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors in the gastrointestinal tract.
Together, these agents provide dual relief—Rabeprazole reduces excess acid, and Domperidone enhances gastric emptying, effectively managing both reflux and bloating symptoms.

How to Use
- Take one capsule daily before a meal or as directed by your physician.
